Methods and tools to measure worker satisfaction

SEPTEMBER, 30 2018

The deliverable D6.1 "Report on methods and tools to measure worker satisfaction" is now available in the Deliverables page.

Specifically, a literature review on methods and tools to measure worker satisfaction with HMI in particular and work in general has been conducted.

On the basis of this review as well as previous Deliverables, a model of worker satisfaction has been proposed and a questionnaire to measure worker satisfaction with the adaptive HMI and working conditions has been developed.
